This paper analyzes the results obtained from the buckling calculation methods for masonry structures proposed by Eurocode EC-6, NBE-FL-90, Lahuerta and EHE-98, in orden to discuss the results derived from Eurocode EC-6. At the beginning, various relevant elements and parameters of each formulation are described and the values proposed for these methods are compared. This analysis leads lo several suggestions. The system used to homogenize the results obtained by the different methods is explained -in order to be able to compare results. Finally the calculation results of each method are plotted and various graphics are drawn. The comparison of a significant number of situations does not show a clear winner: the dispersion of results is verified.
