In the most developed countries, especially in the Anglo-Saxon world, namely United States, Great Britain, Canada, etc., the Project Management and Construction Management techniques are being ever more used in order to improve the efficiency of the entire construction process. In our country these advanced techniques are, generally speaking, not well known. They are applied randomly by some specialists and in very particular cases. This article, written in the form of a dialogue, is an attempt to explain, clearly though briefly, the essential aspects of PM applied to construction.
