It is the first time that an expandable structure made of alluminium is built for architectural use. In this case, a model based on accordion-like folding system is conceived to cover a span of 30 x 20 m2. The setting up was done in only a few hours and folding was also possible to reuse the structure in another place. Characteristics of this structure are explained with some drawings and pictures to show its behaviour.
