Storey structures design of reinforced concrete: parameters and costs

A reinforced concrete structure can fulfil the stability, resistance and deformation requirements and flexibility from a certain pliability of its different geometrical dimensions. In some buildings the distance between supports or walls in one or two directions admit different values compatible with the architectural design. To adopt decisions to define the whole structure, we have to define its price. A theory of structural design must consider the working parameters, studying the influence of their values in the cost of the structure and so, offering criteria for decision in the different cases.
