This article describes the thorough and minute conception of a multi-family building, where the presiding idea of achieving the feeling of individual separated homes has been created by the treatment of exteriors —landscaping, terraces, etc.— by the privacy- oriented layout of each housing unit and by the provision of services adequate to the high class and quality desired in this project. The carpark is collective —three carstalls to every unit— the servants quarters are arranged in independent bungalows, and the complex is provided with an ample garden, swimming pools and concierge accomodations. The materials used both in interiors and exteriors are conventional but of high quality, deserving mention the gracious variable planes designed in plan and elevation, and the chromatic reververation of roofing tiles, all of which confer this complex a unique, original and clearly distinctive personality.
