In this home are repeated once again characteristics which are common to the works of Coderch, such as the numerous variations in level and the irregularities of the floor plan, motivated in this case by an adaptation to the uneven surface of the land and the complexity of the program proposed by the owner. In the one-story home, the proper internal functioning stands out, as well as the creation of a pleasant atmosphere within the framework of a sobriety of lines.
