This article describes the detailed studies carried out to obtain the optimum and most commercial yield from a small lot, located on a narrow street with scarce possibilities. For this purpose, a building with special «features» was created, greatly off-setting the façade on the ground floor, but recovering the lost surface again on the upper floors. Thus, a result which we consider as clever, has been obtained and the only thing that remains to be seen is its true success and profitability on a short and medium-term basis.
