The hotel consists of basement, ground floor, first floor and other blocks of different heights, in which there is a total of 80 beds. So as to take advantage of the proximity to the railway station, in front of which the hotel is situated, the gastronomy section has been planned on the ground floor. On the first floor are the living rooms and conference rooms and the main one contains the fashion shops that extend over three floors. The first basement has a discotec; and in the second are situated the storage rooms and the installations of the building. The hotel is further completed by two storeys of subterranean parking space, situated below the square in front of the railway station.
