The construction of this sports complex corresponds to what the programme was planned to contain: one swimmingpool for swimmers, another one for learners and a third one for jumpers, a big entrance hall, ticket offices, restaurant with 100 seats, dressing room for adults, dressing room for children, room for sports material!, offices, kitchen, toilets and garage for bicycles. Likewise a great number if important conditions have been considered: to occupy the space of a small plot, next to an already existing park, respect for a protected old building, to construct a low building, a roof that fits into the neighbourhood, to allow the construction of a semisubterranean garage, the treatment of water, heating, the appropriate ventilation and air conditioning, etc. Fundamentally the building has been erected on a base structure of reinforced concrete covered with metallic forms and facades of stainless steel with «stopray» windows.
