The building is made up of 35 identical modules, cleverly combined, according to the features of the site, to obtain varied solutions. Can be formed with prefabricated components or traditional building in situ. The arrangement of the dwellings, in plant and elevation, gives the whole an original appearance of great drive, and the independence between them can be noticed, thanks to the offsetting of terraces and large flower-stands.
