Once ail the scheduled stages have been completed, this building unit will bouse nearly all the organizations related with farming, facilitating human relations and speeding up a new type of formalities due to the fact of having all the services centralized. The site used to be occupied by the Chaptal station. Great care has been taken to blend in with the neighboring gardens and residential dwellings; motor traffic and pedestrians have been separated; the frontages have been successfully handled and materials and installations have been used offering the most advanced techniques known to date.
