This house has been designed taking specially into account the following features: a) The functional efficiency, to cater adequately for the needs of the family which inhabits it. There are separate zones for the owners, the staff and the guests; whilst in the centre of the building is the common living space. b) The satisfactory integration with the surrounding region. c) The protection of all its parts from the frequent and troublesome winds blowing in its vincinity. The basic construction includes bearing walls of unfaced bricks, with an air chamber, and a low sloping reinforced concrete roof slab.
