Abstract

This project can be divided into three main zones: Zone A. This involves the main entrance space and the international lecture hall, with simultaneous translation facilities into four languages, as well as committe, and other smaller rooms. Zone B. It includes a 118 m high building, which houses the ministry of agriculture, of animal production, forestry, and secondary administrative offices, such as agricultural training, rural planning, communal and national affairs, and the offices of the local aid bank. Zone C. This consists of a majestic building housing the commercial department, main entry to zone B and other services. It is surrounded by fine gardens. In addition to the outstanding architectural and aesthetic features of this project, the exceptional quality and design of each detailed aspect is most noteworthy.
