This thirteen storey block, situated on one of the main streets of the city, has 28 rather high quality apartments, on the top part of the building, whilst the lower floors are devoted to offices, shops, and a garage occupies the basement. The building rests on piles, and has a metal structure. The external curtain walls are of prefabricated panels, and these represent an interesting experience into the possible development of this type of units in Spain.
