This paper is concerned with a clinic which has only one floor, and is largely built with precast units. The design has been carefully studied to obtain maximum advantage from this constructional system, i.e., low cost, saving in building time, and reduction in workmanship. The building is air conditioned, and its aesthetic quality has also been a major consideration. A discussion is included on the possibility of developing this building on two floor levels. Both in elevation and planform, this project is based on a 1.20 m length module.
