At the new Volgelstang Centre a number of tall buildings have been constructed, which, among other advantages, are situated in beautiful landscape, and are extremely comfortable to live in because of their proximity to the commercial centre of the city, and the excellent internal design and fittings. The structure of these towers consists of precast concrete units, and each building has 66 single room, 88 double room, 23 treble room and 22 four room dwelling units.
