This article describes the construction of the reinforced concrete stiff pavement of road M-542, a side road to road C-600, leading to the Valley of the Fallen. This project has been carried out with the collaboration of the Stiff Pavement Section (SEPAR) of the Eduardo Torroja Institute, operating in their double role of advisers to the Public Administration in the design and site management of the project, and as participants in the actual construction contract, by lending machinery and skilled personnel.
