The project has been planned around a symmetry axis. At the northern end there is a two storey block, to house the junior students. On the east, and parallel to the axis, there is another block for the semi-junior students: it has three storeys. On west the senior students are housed in another three storey block. The administrative building are sited on the south, together with the gymnasium and the chapel. The separation of the students by age groups, according to the traditional classification; elementary, medium and higher, has contributed to making life in the residence very pleasant. Construction design is straightforward, and simple materials, of easy maintenance, have been chosen.
