Abstract

This article describes the construction and organisation of an industrial complex for the processing of olive oil. Owing to the short construction time schedule, namely 4 months, a metallic structure was chosen, due to the ease of setting it up. Similarly, the rest of the project has been influenced by urgency requirement. None the less, much care was given to all aesthetic and technical details, in order to achieve a functional and well balanced project.
