The chapel and mortuory buildings were built on top of a small hill, from which the whole of the cemetery can be seen. The chapel has a dynamic external outline which attracts agreeably the observer. The mortuory, which has one floor level and a flat roof, is optically dominated by the chapel, and protected by the surrounding trees. There is also a service building, with an office for the superintendent and rooms for the cemetery officials, as well as a storage space.
