The article provides a general description of this important building, and also a more detailed discussion of particular aspects of it. There is also a technical commentary of the structure, both in its general and particular nature, and the architectural as well as aesthetic aspects if it are considered. The whole design has formal and structural features that are unusual and noteworthy.
