This hotel has a basement, a ground floor and eight additional floor levels. It contains 147 bedrooms and 25 apartments, with a total of 400 beds. In addition to the usual services, the basement has a restaurant, whilst the ground floor includes the hall, reception facilities, social rooms, restaurants, cafeteria, and management office. The remaining floors are entirely devoted to apartments and bedrooms. Not only because of its first class design and decoration, this hotel is highly attractive owing to its magnificent emplacement on a strip of land that extends into the Wörther lake.
