The State Education offices are situated on the two bottom floors of this building, and the third and fourth floors, at present let to outside businesses, will be also used later by the Nebraska State Education Association if needed. The top three floors are built to a fixed module, which provides a great flexibility of internal distribution and adaptation to specific requirements.
