This building complex consists of a 16 storey tower, which houses the larger apartments; another block comprising the smaller flats and a third building joining the above two, which is occupied with the general services, as well as the main entrance hall, living rooms and restaurant. Finally, there is an enclosed swimming pool and sauna both, together with accesory fittings. The structure of all the buildings is of reinforced concrete, whilst the external materials are of pleasant aspect and easy maintenance.
