This house has a ground and a top floor. The ground floor comprises an ample entry zone, the living space, with large rooms, and a service section, including kitchen, garage and other ancillary facilities. The top floor involves the sleeping quarters. It is possible to enlarge the capacity of the various rooms of both floors, by incorporating the terraces. This was a necessary requirement, owing to the intensive social life that its occupants anticipate. Basic materials used include steel windows and external doors, travertino floors in the hall, white painted brickwork for the external walls and Oregon pinewood for the internal partition.
