This building has two basements, ground floor and twenty storeys. The basements provide space for the power plants and the various installations and auxiliary services of the building. The ground floor has some offices (those more directly linked with the public), the typing pool, a lecture hall, bank and travelling agencies. On the first floor is a library, public relations offices, publishing departments, and similar. The 2nd to 18th floors are all occupied by offices. A restaurant, bar, and council chamber are located in the 19th floor. The 20th floor contains the offices of the management and of the president. This building is highly diaphanous and of very simple design: it reflects on the lake its huge glass and aluminium shape.
