A tall building, containing 102 flats, has been built near Bracknell, in Britain. These flats are intended for single people and childless couples. Significant features of this building are: the planform, the garage situated on the ground floor, and the approaches to the building. The siting of the building is most charming, and this is enhanced by the impressive external quality of the untreated concrete surfaces.
