The Koreska factory consists of the following. The administrative building, whose social amenities include a reception hall, two games rooms, each with a capacity for 160 people, a dining room, library and other services. The office building, eight storeys high, which rises above the reception hall. The main industrial hall, covering an area of 5,000 m2. A ramp connecting the industrial sector and the rest of the site: it provides space for large trailer trucks to turn round. A set of workshops, stores, boiler room and porter's lodge.
