The experience acquired over the last few years has made it possible to define business activities for the purpose of technical risk assessment of clearly differentiated tasks. Verify, one by one, all the aspects of the building process that may generate or affect stability, which must, in turn, be covered by a compulsory ten-year insurance policy. The present article analyzes these activities in detail to contribute to an understanding of the process followed and the characteristics involved.
