De una forma sencilla, pero admirablemente resuelta, ha sido diseñada esta vivienda, de dimensiones medias, compuesta de: tres dormitorios, estar, comedor, cocina, cuarto de baño, aseo, estudio en primera planta, desván y sótano. Es la morada del propio arquitecto.
