Nuevos puentes sobre el rio Neckar

En la última guerra de carácter mundial, la ciudad de Heilbron y todos los puentes que en su alrededor cruzaban el río Neckar (Alemania) fueron casi totalmente destruidos. En los trabajos de reconstrucción, los puentes tuvieron su parte importante: la circulación y transportes son factores decisivos en los países eminentemente industrializados.
