Rodeada por un jardín de profusa arboleda apegada al terreno, ha sido resuelta en una planta de distribución desplegada muy funcional y muy abierta al exterior de acuerdo con la tendencia moderna hacia la vida al aire libre, y decorada utilizando materiales de revestimiento a tono con el lugar y de variada índole en deliciosos contrastes.
