En este caso se trata de un bloque destinado a oficinas o locales para alquilar, distribuidos en las doce plantas del elemento vertical, la primera de las cuales está remetida respecto de las demás, dándonos a entender la idea formal rectora del proyecto: una base amplia y segura —los comercios—, un cuerpo de enlace —la primera planta— y el resto de la construcción en altura; es decir, inspiración columnar.
