The buildings are situated at the foot of the dunes. A natural apex on the routes leading towards Huelva, at the point where pine plantations meet forest scrub. Two buildings are distinguished by their contents, appearance and materials; the double skin of both buildings, ventilated inside and outside, flows in parallel in a plan that is not always in agreement; they bring transparency and permeability to the light and the air enclosing the structural net with precise modulation and great rationality in two small volumes. They come near in order to explain a common purpose, diverging in order to open up to the sea breeze.
