Edification arrangement law

The juridical edification arrangement Law has been completed bringing up to date the 1.591 article of the Civil Code; the approval of an Edification Law Project in 1995, culminated with the later development, under the Public Works Ministry's Housing , Architecture and Urbanism General Office, in January 1999 The new text was finally approved in October of the same year, and was published like a Law, in November 6th, 1999.
