This work consists of a theatre and classrooms, apart from the already existing music school, which a large «U» is formed, with the theatre in the centre. The program comprises 9 history, geography and economics classrooms, a library and a seminary. The music school, for its part, contains 10 classrooms, 41 individual practice rooms, an orchestra or choir hall, a library and a small recitals centre. Finally, the theatre has a variable distribution system, which permits its capacity to be increased from 450 to 580 seats.
