This apartment building stands in one of the residential sections of the city and contains 48 units, distributed in 6 entry halls and equal number of vertical cores, each giving access to 2 apartment to per floor. A common basement provides the required number of parking stalls and a service entrance. The ground level, including several public areas, such as children’s play-room, etc., besides the vertical traffic cores, is reached through an ample landscaped area and private swimming pool. The exterior finish, in exposed brickwork, pronounces the feature giving character to the building: the jalousie, which not only does its main job as a sunshade, but also aids in the resign of the façades, solves the railings, shields the views of the interiors from the outside and provides a decorative effect.
