A representative unit is described which comprises a series of very complex service buildings, such as: various centres and conference halls on the seven first floors above ground; the municipal conservatory «Manuel de Falla» on the sixth and seventh floor; premises of the municipal Radio which occupies the floors 8-11. Further there are seven subterranean floors assigned to parking space and various services. General structure of reinforced concrete, flat floors and curtain walls.
