Abstract

This building is an interesting architectural experiment, wherein traditional and modern trends were combined, to be in harmony with the Boston city style. Building materials were also skillfully used. This commercial building was built in three stages, and because of its 270 m length may be regarded as one of the longest In the country. The two large through entrances, for pedestrians, are also a particular feature of the design.
