El solar destinado a este fin se encuentra en el Paseo de Valencia al mar, esquina al proyectado acceso de Barcelona. Es terreno llano, apretujado por la tapia del ferrocarril de Valencia a Aragón. Encontrándose colindante con las calles de un futuro tráfico de bastante intensidad, parece oportuno buscar por todos los medios la creación de espacios silenciosos y amables.
