Restaurante en Madrid, «Club 31»

Se trataba de instalar un restaurante de cierta categoría, con snack-bar, en un semisótano, con el piso a 1,50 m de profundidad, y cubierto con bóveda de ladrillo apoyada sobre líneas de carga formadas por grandes macizos de piedra de sillería de 1 m de espesor. Era preciso, en primer término, habilitar un gran espacio abierto, desviar las cargas de la estructura hacia los muros laterales y demoler los macizos intermedios. Fue preciso hacer un apeo muy complicado y montar una serie de jácenas metálicas transversales que se apoyarán sobre una nueva estructura de hormigón armado.
