This article explains the process and the methodology used to make the report ''Analysis of the present state of the structure of dwellings in Turó de la Peira'' and of the project ''Repair / Consolidation of estates 31, 33, 35 oJ the Cadí Street" qf the same residential block. It also qffers the general results qf the Report and the Repair proposal.
