Vivienda con energía solar pasiva

Hemos realizado un proyecto de viviendas unifamiliares adosadas con aprovechamiento de la energía solar en forma pasiva para calefacción. Los objetivos de este proyecto serían básicamente: a) Reducción del consumo energético y b) Obtener datos experimentales de este diseño. Este proyecto de viviendas unifamiliares que data del año 1985 se realiza en el polígono de los Rosales, al noroeste de Móstoles, localidad cercana a Madrid y que ha sido promovido por la Comunidad de Madrid en colaboración con la Fundación General de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. La actuación consiste en el proyecto, construcción y seguimiento de 30 viviendas unifamiliares que utilizan técnicas de aprovechamiento solar para reducir el consumo energético.
