Abstract

This work presents, the process for the continue quality control of the "standardized sand", which is used in the resistance mechanic essays in the cement mortars. With this finality, are exposed the different measures for the control of the apparatus and Instruments that have been used to obtain a homogeneity in the results of the assays, which allows realize comparative studies that are reliable which the "reference sand". At the end of this work is inserted for its comparative study, the results obtained in the Institute with "standardized sand” that has been manufactured at the right place of the Institute.
