Reflections are made about what the contents and the organization of a pathology report must be, including some advices for pathologists of short experience. On the other hand, a few examples are given, where the cause of the damages seems to be related with psycholinguistic phenomena, according to the theory of Sapir-Whorf which establish direct connections between language, thought and reality, having direct consequences in human behavior.
