Opinions of 70 building professionals in Cantabria (47 college graduates and 23 builders) have been compiled through their replies to a survey about this theme. Here they are the most remarkable aspects we found: — The quality level does not seem to be satisfactory. Actually two of their most important documents should be improved: the Plans and the Specifications. — The execution of the different parts of a work, excepting the structures carefully constructed, the works of maçonnery, of fitting and those of completion must be executed of a better quality. — The direction o fthe works should pay more attention to them.
