New building for the Oberbank Salzburg/Austria

This banking center has been constructed on a choice urban site, in accord with the most modern organizational and functional techniques, and with the latest studies on the forms of humanized work in administrative buildings. In its two basements and seven storeys above street level, of different surface areas — in accord with their different uses and requisites — all the annexes necessary in a building of this type have been distributed, with outstanding organization of great flexibility and function of the different spaces. Special mention should be made of the foundations and structure employed because of its proximity to the Danube: the treatment of the facades — given the urban site of the construction —, and of the security systems and installations for the specific function of the building.
