Norma básica de la edificación. «Condiciones de protección contra incendios en los edificios»

Esta norma dictada por el Real Decreto 2059/1981, de 10 de abril y publicada en el B.O.E, n.° 224 de 18 de septiembre de 1981, es de obligado cumplimiento dentro del territorio del Estado Español para todo edificio que se construya o que se reforme, cambiando su uso o introduciendo modificaciones sustanciales a juicio del Organismo y Corporaciones que intervengan preceptivamente en el visado, supervisión e informe del proyecto de reforma, así como, la licencia de obra correspondiente.
