Algunos ensayos para evaluación y control de adhesivos epoxi para hormigón

Este texto tiene el objetivo de proponer una metodología sistemática para el control de adhesivos epoxi empleados en la construcción, particularmente en elementos estructurales de hormigón. Reconoce las dificultades inherentes al tema, presentando algunos ensayos que ya fueron objeto de estudios experimentales en el Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas - IPT, e indica una serie de otros posibles de efectuarse. Propone la distinción entre ensayos empleados para control de aceptación, ensayos para caracterización de la formulación y ensayos de acompañamiento, estableciendo reglas generales para los ensayos de comportamiento (perfomance) que deben ser perfeccionados para cada uso especifico que se haga del adhesivo. Con eso se da una breve visión de las actividades de control relacionadas con el empleo de adhesivos a base de productos orgánicos sintéticos en la construcción.
