As a result of research on inner concreted tubular supports, undertaken under the auspices of the «Comité International pour le développement et l'étude de la Construction Tubulaire», CIDECT in abbreviated form, this study carries out the evaluation of the effect of residual stresses caused by the different methods of manufacturing tubes, in the reduction of strength of the brackets or bars subjected to compression, composed of hollow structural sections, abbreviated to HSS.
